Monolyth
Every player builds their own block of stones in Monolyth, using 3D polyominoes to create patches of particular colours, complete levels, and a structure that matches a pattern.
To set up, choose a structure card at random and place it on the main board, along with the appropriate structure, level and prophecy tokens based on the number of players. Place the crystal marker next to the board, then draw twelve random polyominoes from the box and arrange them in a circle around it. On a turn, move the crystal 1–4 spaces clockwise and take the polyomino in that space, adding it to your 4×4 player board (nothing outside the grid, no overhang over an empty space); or remove that polyomino and take a 1×1 block of the same colour instead. Either way, draw a new polyomino to refill the space. Alternatively, take a prophecy token from the board and add it to a side of your player board.
Fill all the spaces of a level to claim the largest level token; if your construction matches the structure card, claim the highest available structure token. Play continues until someone completes their 3D monolith — 4×4×3 in a 3–4 player game, 4×4×4 in a 1–2 player game — then the round is finished. Score your structure token, level tokens and any fulfilled prophecies; highest total wins.
