Calico (Kickstarter Edition)
Calico is a puzzly tile-laying game of quilts and cats. Players compete to sew the cosiest quilt as they collect and place patches of different colours and patterns.
Each quilt follows a particular pattern, and you also aim to create colour and pattern combinations that are aesthetically pleasing — and able to attract the cuddliest cats. On your turn, select a patch tile from your hand and sew it into your quilt, then draw a replacement from the three available. Create a colour group to sew on a button; create a pattern combination that appeals to a cat and it will curl up on your quilt. At the end of the game you score for buttons, cats and how well you completed your unique quilt pattern.
